You can choose from Living Alone, Co-residency, Host Arrangements or Living Together individual living options available and start the journey towards a fulfilling and comfortable living experience of your preference.
Living Alone – Independent living option that enables individuals to live in their own homes by themselves while seeking drop-in style supports which can either be formal or informal (provided by neighbours, family and friends).
Co-Residency – This option enables individuals residing or sharing their residence or rental property with others in form of housemates or flatmates while accessing necessary care and support. Informal supports may be provided by the participant’s co-residents while being complemented by formal support managed by Journey With Carers.
Host-arrangement – With this option participants have the choice to live in a residence managed by a host where they can instil their necessary support requirements. This host generally does not have any relations to the participants and caters to some of the support requirements of the participant.
Living-Together – This option similar to the co-residency option offers a shared accommodation setting for participants who wish to live with their friends or relatives while seeking necessary care and support.
