At Journey With Carers, we understand the importance of providing personalized living options that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each individual. Our commitment is to create a warm and inviting environment where participants can thrive and maintain their independence while receiving the support they require.

At Journey With Carers, we believe that everyone deserves a living option that suits their individual needs. Our dedicated team is here to guide you through the process, ensuring that you find a perfect home environment tailored for a comfortable living. You can choose from Living Alone, Co-residency, Host Arrangements or Living Together individual living options available and start the journey towards a fulfilling and comfortable living experience of your preference.

Living Alone – Independent living option that enables individuals to live in their own homes by themselves while seeking drop-in style supports which can either be formal or informal (provided by neighbours, family and friends).

Co-Residency – This option enables individuals residing or sharing their residence or rental property with others in form of housemates or flatmates while accessing necessary care and support. Informal supports may be provided by the participant’s co-residents while being complemented by formal support managed by Journey With Carers.

Host-arrangement – With this option participants have the choice to live in a residence managed by a host where they can instil their necessary support requirements. This host generally does not have any relations to the participants and caters to some of the support requirements of the participant.

Living-Together – This option similar to the co-residency option offers a shared accommodation setting for participants who wish to live with their friends or relatives while seeking necessary care and support.
